Bank transfer

After your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please deposit the requested amount into a specified bank account. We will ship the goods once we confirm payment. All bank charges must be paid by the customer.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or e-money.

Payment can be made at any convenience store or Wagokoro branch office.
Payment can be made directly to the delivery pick-up driver.

Delivery

Ｑ：When will the gift be delivered?

Ａ：We will ship the goods once we confirm payment.Please contact or see the order confirmation email for details.

Wrapping

Ｑ：Can you select the Furoshiki kind?

Ａ：You can choose the design but not the color or size.



Ｑ：I want to my personal use Furoshiki.

Ａ：Furoshikis will not be sold individually.



Ｑ：What about receipts or list of goods?

Ａ：Receipts and goods lists are not included with the gift, but sent to the person making the order.



Ｑ：Can I sent multiple goods to the same address?

Ａ：Yes. To save costs, goods can be bundled and sent together.

Cancelation

Ｑ：How do I cancel an order.

Ａ：An order can not be cancelled after after payment has been made.
