Line drawing in color
What color do you use when you draw a picture outline? Many might use black. In fact, if you change a line’s color, your picture will shift its mood. Please look at the pictures below. The Left uses black, the right, is uses brown. Depending on the line weight, the effect can be soft. In facial lines, separate layers and use a deep color.
So, cripping(Click with push Alt key between layers) the pattern layer made by [Filter > Render > Clouds] ,you can make an effect that blends changes in Multiply or Color Dodge.
