  Straightening a picture

Still can’t straighten the scanned image?
In such a case, the Ruler Tool command is convenient.

1. Choose Ruler Tool.

2. Drag across the line that you want to even up or elect.
(Used Zoom tool or [Ctrl+ +] to see close up for accuracy.)

3. [Edit > Transform > Rotate]. If there is a positive value in the Rotate window, add -. If there is a negative value in Rotate window, delete -. After this step, you have finished.

If the Index appears instead of the Background, select [Image > Mode > RGB Color].
