If you pick [Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation] and check [Colorize], by adjusting [Hue, Saturation, Lightness], you can create similar colors to easily coordinate with the image.
Adjust appropriately with the [Image > Adjustments > Color Balance], to create similar harmonious colors.
