Sprinkled cut-paper pattern page 1 page 2
I will introduce some artistic and fantastic patterns. They may be good for crisp pictures. The canvas size of the image below is 500 x 500 pixels.
1. Change the foreground color to any color you like, and change the background color to white.
Pick [Filter > Render > Clouds].
Pick [Filter > Render > Clouds].
2. Pick [Filter > Pixelate > Pointillize ] and set the [Cell Size: at 30].
3. Pick [Filter > Artistic > Cutout]. And type [8, 5, 1] from the top to finish.
