Cute polka dot page 1 page 2
I will introduce a method to make polka dot pattern; it is good for background on patterns on clothes.
1. Double click the foreground color in the Toolbox. Get Color Picker dialogue, then type [75] in B under H and S. Click OK for the foreground color to change 25% gray.
2. Paint gray using the [Paint Bucket Tool], and click [Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone].
3. Get the [Color Halftone] dialogue, type numbers divisible by Canvas Size at Max, Radius. E.g. (If you use 500 x 500 pixels, type 50, 25 and etc.). Type [45] in all Channel boxes.
